Midreshet Tehillah teachers have strong academic credentials to complement their broad Torah scholarship and experience in teaching Torah subjects. A number of them have established international reputations as teachers and scholars. In addition to their intellectual strengths, teachers are specifically selected for their interest in getting to know students personally and for their skill in guiding them through their transition to adulthood.
Most of the staff live in Har Nof, the neighborhood immediately surrounding the campus, so opportunities for students to meet the faculty outside the classroom are numerous. Students are often invited to their teachers' homes for Shabbat meals. Supplementing the teaching staff is an experienced and dedicated support staff of mechanchot, tutors, and dorm counselors who provide academic assistance as well as guidance, advice, and friendship.
Rabbi Jeremy Kagan and Rabbi Avraham Brussel direct the Midreshet Tehillah program.
